DacqUSB产品综述:
1、多通道数据采集系统可用于任何一台具有usb2.0接口的电脑。
2、“四电极”记录的设计,在记录时,任何通道上记录到的放电都可以触发同一组4个通道的电极上,同时触发记录放电数据。触发记录也可配置为2个通道为一组或单个独立通道上的信号。
3、每个放大器模块支持16个通道。4个模块可以组成1个单元,共计64个通道。最多可达128通道。
4、软件选择,信号线路选择,参考通道设置和控制记录都非常简单清晰。如脑电图(EEG)这样的低频信号也可以在所有通道中有所记录。
5、一个集成或外接的视频跟踪器可以在记录放电信号的同时,实时同步地记录动物的位置,以便使得记录到的放电数据与位置数据同步。
6、数字输入模块还可以将放电记录整合到其它种类的实验数据中(例如杠杆施压记录)。光隔离数字输出模块允许DacqUSB对实验装置进行控制,就像Skinner Box那样。
DacqUSB 数据分析 DacqUSB data analysis
DacqUSB 数据分析软件 Tint,可在 UNIX 和 WINDOWS下运行。它的特点之一是可以自动分析海马区位置神经元的放电特性。另外还提供 WINDOWS专用包裹,可将放电频率与各种行为同步关联,此包裹易于集成,可用于不同的实验方案。
DacqUSB 记录到放电信号可以通过一系列的参数来区分:这些参数包括:峰振幅、起始潜伏期、 波形特定位置上的振幅, 软件的其他功能包括:电极对散点可以通过手绘多边形或 k-means聚类算法进行分群。绘制以及拟合从视频追踪器的输出信息当中得到位置数据。如果输入动物头上定位 LED 灯设置方向,软件还能根据记录到的位置分析头的朝向.
在放电信号被分离之后,放电的时刻和该时刻动物所在的位置可以叠加显示在位置图上,显示结果可以做拟合处理,轮廓显示还可以计算位置和一定位置中的放电最高频率.
